NovaMane Studio – Shipping & Delivery Policy

At NovaMane Studio, we are committed to processing and delivering your order safely, quickly, and transparently. Please review our shipping practices below to understand exactly how and when your scalp care brush will arrive.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are routed to our global fulfillment centers immediately after they are placed to ensure the fastest possible delivery. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for our team to pick, pack, quality-check, and dispatch your order. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major global holidays.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

We partner with highly reliable global carriers to ensure your package arrives safely. To maintain efficiency and speed, your order will be dispatched from the fulfillment center closest to your location that currently has the item in stock.

Once your order has been dispatched, standard delivery takes between 7 to 15 business days, depending on your local delivery routes and carrier routing.

(Please note: Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, rather than the date your order was placed.)

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated directly at checkout based on your delivery address. We strive to keep fulfillment costs as low as possible for our customers while ensuring fully secure, tracked transit.

4. Order Tracking Transparency

As soon as your package leaves our facility, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s journey in real-time. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier to update the initial tracking information in their system.

5. Our 40-Day Delivery Guarantee

We stand completely behind our logistics network. While standard delivery happens much faster, global shipping can occasionally experience unexpected customs holds or carrier delays. If your package has not been successfully delivered to your shipping address within 40 days after shipment, you are automatically covered by our delivery guarantee. You may contact us for an immediate, 100% full refund or request a free replacement shipment—no questions asked.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Your order is fully insured during transit.

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo of the item and its original packaging and email us immediately so we can send a free replacement or issue a refund.

  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking officially updates to “Lost” or if it exceeds our 40-day delivery guarantee, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement right away based on your preference.

7. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

NovaMane Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, and duties). If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your final refund.

8. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is 100% correct. We process orders quickly, so please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to change your delivery address. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to reroute the package or issue a refund for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
